About us
Impax Consulting AB is dedicated to enhancing your organization’s leadership capabilities. Founded in 2023 by Eszter Dean, who brings over 20 years of expertise in process improvements and leadership, the company is well-equipped to support your needs. Eszter is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has held significant roles such as Factory Manager, Site Manager, and COO across various industries including automotive, engineering, packaging, and renewable energy. Driven by her growing interest in human behavior under pressure, Eszter also earned a degree in Behavioral Science while serving as a COO. In 2023, Impax Consulting AB partnered with Kiebler & Partners AB, a firm specializing in ERP program readiness and change management. The following year, in 2024, we formed another strategic alliance with WORKZ AS, a Danish change agency.
